I’m a proud Jew, I’m a proud American, I’m a proud gay man, Buckeye, social worker, teacher, etc. etc. One thing I consciously work very hard at is remembering that the single most important group I belong to though is humanity. We are all children of God; we are all created B’zatlem Elohim, in the Divine Image.
