Political expediency, greed, ignorance, apathy and antipathy for inconvenient truths and social responsibility have created a sub-culture in the United States of political leaders and their less sophisticated followers who reject science and believe that climate change is at best, a myth at worst, an intentionally deceptive campaign created by people of ill will.
