boycott-israel-275x275Friends and supporters of Israel, even those of us who don’t believe the Jewish State is beyond criticism, always find ourselves wondering why so many people support the BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) movement that encourages consumers, countries and the private sector from doing business with Israel.

Are there really no other countries in the world with worse human rights records?  Why do so many people who don’t have personal connection to the Israeli-Arab conflict feel compelled  to promote boycotting the Jewish state when so many other countries are guilty of the horrendous violations of basic human rights?
