I’m a cat person. I’ve always had at least one sweet cat to share my home with.  Often, when a cat is purring away, cuddled up in my lap, I wonder how the “cat family” evolved. After all, those wild lions and tigers could never, ever be affectionate as a domesticated cat, right? WRONG!

Check out this amazing video.  The woman in the video is from Columbia.  She found that lion as a cub, out in the woods.  He was hungry and injured.   She took him home and nursed him back to health before turning him over to a zoo.  She visits him regularly now.  He obviously knows who she is.   

Let me hear you say:  awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww?!!
